LL.M. in Alternative Dispute Resolution

The LL.M. in Alternative Dispute Resolution is a specialized postgraduate program designed to provide advanced knowledge and skills in resolving conflicts outside traditional court systems. It covers arbitration, mediation, conciliation, and negotiation, along with the legal frameworks governing these processes. Students gain practical exposure to dispute resolution techniques, case studies, and international practices, preparing them for roles in corporate law, legal consultancy, policy-making, and international dispute resolution forums. This program empowers graduates to promote efficient, cost-effective, and amicable solutions to legal disputes.
