LL.M. in Business Law

TThe LL.M. in Business Law is a specialized postgraduate program designed to provide an in-depth understanding of the legal aspects governing trade, commerce, and corporate affairs. It covers topics such as corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance law, competition law, and international trade regulations. The course equips students with the skills to navigate complex legal challenges in the business world while ensuring compliance with national and international laws. Graduates can pursue careers in corporate legal departments, law firms, consultancy, academia, and regulatory bodies.
