LL.M. in Constitutional and Administrative Law

The LL.M. in Constitutional and Administrative Law is a postgraduate program that offers an in-depth understanding of the principles, structures, and functioning of the Constitution and administrative systems. It covers fundamental rights, directive principles, judicial review, legislative processes, and administrative decision-making. Students explore constitutional interpretation, governance policies, and the relationship between different organs of the state. The program equips graduates with the expertise needed for careers in legal practice, judiciary, policy-making, academia, and research in the fields of constitutional and administrative law.
